Candlelit Yin Yoga & Meditation - Last Thursday of each month - Thursday 30th May & Thursday 27th June, Thursday 25th July - $35 Book online or through the app.

Join Sabrina as she welcomes you into the space through some pranayama (breathing exercises) and meditation before guiding you through a calming and restorative Yin Yoga session where you will hold yoga asanas for longer periods allowing your deeper connective tissues to release and relax to allow energy to flow freely through your body. Finishing off with a Yoga Nidra with the flames gently flickering around you to allow your body to relax and surrender entirely.

Introduction to Meditation Series - Thursday 9th May, Thursday 16th May, Thursday 23rd May - 5.45pm - 6.30pm

Come and learn the basics in this 3 week series as we go over the fundamentals of meditation, where you will learn various techniques that you can take home with you to use as daily practice, in times of stress or simply to bring more awareness to your life. 

Meditation can help - reduce stress & anxiety, sharpen your focus, enhance sleep quality, increase self awareness, and boost your overall wellbeing.
